Tómas can be seen as the Series Regular role of Deputy Commissioner Miles Irving in all 6 episodes of the Sony Liv streaming series ‘The Waking of a Nation’, from multiple award-winning director and showrunner Ram Madhvani. His other television credits include TV Recurring and Guest Roles in Icelandic television series such as ‘Entrapped’ (Netflix), ‘Húsó’ (RÚV Channel), ‘Stella Blómkvist’ (Sundance Now), ’Meikar Ekki Sens’, ‘Burðardýr’ (Stöð 2) and ‘Heimsendir’. Tómas’ feature film credits include ‘When the Light Breaks’, for which director Rúnar Rúnarsson was nominated for the Un Certain Regard Award at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, plus ‘Þrot’ (English title: ‘Redux’) from Stepanska Films. He also voiced various roles in the Icelandic dubbing of ‘The Emoji Movie’ (Columbia Pictures). Tómas is an Icelandic actor based in London. In his Series Regular role as British senior government official Irving in early 1900s India, Tómas demonstrates his flawless British RP accent. Additionally, he can perform in a flawless US accent. Tómas graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2022 (BA Acting), and is an exciting emerging talent in film and television. He is also a skilled Rap Artist, having performed in a European Concert Tour as the featured artist with Fever Dream.
