Parmida is an exciting young talent recently graduated from stage school and now out-of-licensing. A bilingual English and Persian language actress, she is also a highly skilled dancer. She can also perform in Italian, having studied the language. Parmida’s screen credits include short films, commercial campaigns and music promos. On stage, her credits whilst training included ‘Beaux Stratagem’. She is skilled in karate and has firearms and stage combat training.
