Emilie is a French screen and stage actor and theatremaker. Having previously worked as a costume deisgner, she retrained as an actor in London and upon graduating, made her television debut as Madame Martin in the global hit Netflix series ‘Heartstopper’. Soon after, Emilie played the recurring role of Nicky across 4 episodes of Netflix Original series ‘Half Bad: The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself’. Other notable screen credits include: a lead artist in the music promo film for Silk City’s single ‘New Love’ ft. Brit Award winner and Grammy Award nominee Ellie Goulding; award-winning short film ‘The Draft’, and Australian television movie ‘King Henry V’. Emilie’s Stage credits include ‘Elecetra Untitled’ (Arcola Theatre, London), a lead role in ‘Cell #42’ for Hangar People, Denmark (in association with Folding House Productions), the UK tour of ‘Boy on the Roof’ (Vamos Theatre), ‘Femina Fabula Live’ (Kristjan Ingimarsson Company, Denmark), ‘Let the B*tch Out’ (The Space, London) plus productions for Vertebra Theatre and GymJam Theatre in the U.K., and for Glad Teater, Denmark. As a Theatremaker, Emilie is the co-artistic director and founder of RUCKLE Theatre.
