Gianbruno trained at ALRA and is based in London. In addition to native English, he also speaks Italian.
Gianbruno’s Feature Film credits include Joe in ‘AOP vs. The World’. and Adnan in ‘Cake’, directed by Asim Abbasi and selected as Pakistan’s official Best Foreign Language Film entry for the 91st Academy Awards. His Short Film includes Darius in ‘Wedlock’, Radio Shack in ‘The Whistleblower’ and Diego in ‘Chocolate’.
His other screen credits include lead role Seqenenre in 'Ancient Mysteries' (Channel 5), Sonny in Television Pilot ‘The Wrong Side of the M25’, and ‘Flying Corps’ for US-based Capture Production Studios.
Gianbruno’s Theatre credits include Nathan in ‘Art from the Heart’ and Harold in ‘What is Love?’ (both at Southwark Playhouse), Vincent in ‘V+15’ (The Vaults), C in ‘Love Me Now’ and Peter in ‘Boy Stroke Girl’ (both at Tristan Bates Theatre), Mick in ‘The Ends’ (Etcetera Theatre), Matthew in ‘C’est La Vie’ (Theatre N16), William Shakespeare in ‘The Dead Shepherd’ (White Bear Theatre), Paris in the Custom/Practise UK Tour of ‘Romeo & Juliet’, and Thomas in ‘By Nothing Day’ and Sinan in ‘Respect’ (both for Company of Angels).
